Zorelle sells jewellery online in South Africa. Our stock is held and dispatched locally.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We try hard to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. If an obvious error appears, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel and refund any order placed against it.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Average delivery is 8 to 10 working days nationwide. Full detail is in our Delivery policy.

Returns and refunds

You may cancel within 7 days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and return unworn items within 14 days. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Full detail is in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy.

Product care and materials

Our pieces are plated jewellery. Plating is a surface finish and will wear over time, particularly with daily contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine and water. Keep your jewellery dry, store it separately, and put it on last when getting ready. Normal wear of the plating over time is not a manufacturing fault.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those Acts.
