How to Return an Item

1. Email us at conradjounert@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
3. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions for sending the item back to us.
4. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or finish? We're happy to exchange your item for one of equal value within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Conditions

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Personalized or custom items (such as name necklaces or initial pendants) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
